Step 1 Revision

 1 Check the homework exercises

 2 Give the Ss a quick oral quiz to see how much the Ss remember about the sea

Step 2 Reading

 Say Now read the dialogue silrntly and find out this information:What are the school children going to look for? What are they planning to do after this?What is the problem? Write these questions on the Bb.Allow the Ss a few moments to carry out the task.Check the answers.

Step 3 Dialogue

 Speech Casstte Lesson 21 Play the tape of the dialogue for the Ss to listen and follow. Go through the dialogue briefly and make sure the Ss understand it.Play the tape again this time the Ss listen and repeat Then let the Ss practise the dialogue in pairs.

Step 4 Practice

 SB Page 31 Part 2.Practise the sentences orally with the whole class.Then demonstrate how Ss can use the phrases on the right to replace the words in bold to make new sentences. Let the Ss work through these in pairs.
