    Step1.Introduction

1. The aim is to introduce the topic of the lesson.

2. Warm the students up by asking them to talk about their interesting jobs.

1. The purpose is to find out the general idea of the text.

2. Ask the students to read the text quietly and quickly and try to find out the answers to the two questions:

(1)   What did Bob Ask his pop star friends to do?

(2)   What was the purpose of doing this?

Step3. Work on the new words

         The purpose is to check the students’ understanding of the new words used in the text.

1. The aim is to get the students to read the text again and find out more details about Bob’s life and his idea.

2. Get the students to have a discussion about his virtues.

Step5. Listening

           The aim is to have the students appreciate the whole text to get a better understanding。

           The aim is to check the students’ understanding of the text.
         Step7. Group work
